By accessing or using Stoneys Delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Stoneys Delivery provides local delivery services in the Miami-Dade County area. We connect customers with delivery drivers to facilitate the pickup and delivery of orders. We operate daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Verify your phone number via SMS
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Orders and Delivery

When placing an order:

• You must provide a valid delivery address within our service area
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on conditions
• You or an authorized adult must be present to receive the delivery
• ID verification may be required at the time of delivery
• Minimum order amount is $50 (orders under $50 incur a $10 small order fee)

5. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Cash on delivery (exact change appreciated)

All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees vary by location and are displayed at checkout.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund
• After 5 minutes, cancellations may incur a fee
• If you are not satisfied with your delivery, contact us within 24 hours
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass or threaten delivery drivers or staff
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Resell items ordered through our service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Stoneys Delivery or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoneys Delivery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific delivery giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
